A COMIC ARTIST'S SURVIVAL GUIDE is an amazing story that I stumbled upon when I was looking for a refreshing storyline on the Asura Scans website.

The Synopsis of the story is as shown below:

"Cartoonist Survival Guide manhua, A Comic Artist’s Survival Guide A Xue, a down-and-out comic author whose work is about to be cut in half, entered the comic world created by himself through an accidental opportunity. The Pant continent in the comics is on the verge of destruction due to the expansion of the Demon King’s power, and Axue is in crisis. When his life was on the line, Xue got a chance to survive, provided that he would replace the main character of the comic and start the comic plot again. If he did not continue to "create" more exciting stories, then Xue and the world of comics would be destroyed..."

we have already seen other manhwas that mention going into his own Manhwa so it's not new but what I find that is interesting is that at the start of the manhwa when he gets inside his own manhwa as an ordinary soldier at the end of his comics storyline he realises his own limitations when facing the demon king that he created and that he really died in the outside world which is uncommon as in comics usually in same situation MC doesn't find whether is it their soul or along with the body that they transported into the new world so the only way for MC to reverse his fate is to make his novel much better than how it originally was. And MC replaces the actual hero of the manhwa when he chooses to redo the comic. And even though he is the creator of the world that he was in he can't use it to his advantage fully as the drafts that he made for the manhwa when creating it which were later cancelled still remain in this world and he can't even number how much there is which he has no idea what we're all the drafts all about, this make an unpredictability in this manhwa. This Manhwa also has a system which is unique as it uses likes, saves, comments and subscriptions as a way for MC to unlock many skills and he can get the status of the novel among readers in real-world real-time. And one thing I like about the manhwa is that 'when you make changes in the original storyline there are consequences what I mean is that when MC uses his knowledge as the creator of the manhwa to make changes that are helpful to him it had the 'butterfly effect' on other things which make the story unpredictable. I have to say nowadays I started to feel that in every manhwa or other comics, it is common sense that disrupting the original timeline will have the butterfly effect to balance it which I did not see in the old comics.

Anyways, if you are someone who had not read this manhwa I highly suggest you read it. On the downside, after it started Posting chapters On April 29, 2022, its last update was on October 3, 2022, with a total of 24 chapters. After that, till now I didn't see any new updates and as a fellow reader I hope that if you find the chapter afterwards anywhere please comment below
