In the latest chapter 104 that released, we can see that he got an overpowered skill "World's strongest" which is named "STRONGEST WORLD VIEW" in the last chapter but had an ultimate penalty of he will no longer be able to use the skills summons and 'Ending spoiler' which he had used before after he uses this skill which has a shorter duration of 30 sec, which made me first think that there WILL BE a major situation in upcoming chapters in which MC have no other choice then use this skill or he will lose what is precious to him and in my opinion, there is a chance that it will be related to the curse that got to the Queen in the last chapter.
As the chapter progress, we can see that Queen calls him to the capital to make a huge garden behind the capital using Dragon bones that got in the subjugation of black mages in the centre along with the statue of the queen as a reward he gets 1 dragon tailbone. And then we can see that using his craftiness he makes the so-called Expert garden designer Viscount "Nord" (he is the new character introduced in this manhwa) work for him as he gets the reward for it. This really shows why he is considered 'Like a devil' throughout the last chapters and that is also what makes our MC a character like no other, another thing I have realized is that here Queen Alicia Magentano can be seen perfectly fine which makes me assume that she had not realized that she got cursed and at the end of the chapter shows us the suspense that Targa is not dead his soul is inside that dragon born. So there is another chance that after or on the inauguration of the Garden that is going to develop he may control the body of the Bone Dragon to fight the queen.
